PROBLEMS WITH YOUR WINE CHILLER?
You can solve many common Wine Chiller problems easily, saving you the cost of a possible service
call. Try the suggestions below to see if you can solve the problem before calling the servicer.
TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE
Wine Chiller / Dispenser does not dispense or
dispenses small amounts of wine or is slow
dispensing.
Check the gas cartridge, replace if needed.
If you have recently dispensed large amounts of
wine, the gas pressure has not normalized. Allow
the gas pressure in the bottle to normalize and
retry to dispense. (Normally less than 3 – 5
minutes, depending on the amount of liquid in the
bottle and the amount of gas left in the cartridge).
Wine Chiller does not operate.
Not plugged in.
The appliance is turned off.
The circuit breaker tripped or a blown fuse.
Wine Chiller is not cold enough.
Check the temperature control setting.
The door is opened too often.
The door is not closed completely.
The door gasket does not seal properly.
Turns on and off frequently.
The room temperature is hotter than normal.
A large amount of contents has been added to
the wine chiller.
The door is opened too often.
The door is not closed completely.
The temperature control is not set correctly.
